Brown Consulting Group Adds Janice Carter to Team

TORONTO – Brown Consulting Group is pleased to announce another important addition to its consultant team. Janice Carter, chrp, brings more than 20 years experience in human resource management to the group.

Carter’s background includes a wide range of expertise, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, staff development and training, career planning, compensation, and policy and process development.

Lynn Brown, Managing Director of Brown Consulting Group, said Carter will expand the Group’s ability to provide on-site management, compensation expertise and many other services for a growing client base.

“Janice has a broad array of knowledge and is an extremely skilled HR professional,” Brown said. “I worked with Janice many years ago, and am delighted to have the ability to bring her good business sense and her unique ability to build strong relationships to our clients. She has a diverse range of HR skills that will be a tremendous asset to the services we offer to our clients.”

Janice Carter is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), graduating from the Executive Education Program from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Toronto. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the sociology program at York University.
